About
A Diverse and Inclusive Community
S. Mary’s is community of people from different backgrounds, but all with the same desire to know more about God. We gather throughout the week for worship and fellowship, to learn from Scripture, to ask questions, and to make new friends.
Come to one of our services and see for yourself.
Our Story
S. Mary’s Church building was built in 1959, and has since been a beacon of hope in the community. In 2022 the building was granted Grade II status
Architect: Laurence King
Sculptor: Brian Asquith
Ceiling: Sir Ove Arup
We worship in the Anglo-Catholic tradition, observing the teachings of the Church Fathers, and our community continues to grow in strength and number since our grand reopening in June 2024 after nearly 5 years closure for refurbishment.
We warmly invite you to come to one our services and personally experience the love and joy freely offered by God, our Creator and Redeemer.
We are a Forward in Faith Parish in the See of Fulham, and served by a Priest in the SSC.
Join us this Sunday
Mass starts at 10:00 AM;
our main act of public worship which includes
Readings, Prayers, a Homily, Hymns,
followed with coffee and conversation afterwards.
If you’d prefer a quiet and reflective Mass, please come on a Wednesday morning (9.30am) or Friday evening (7pm) instead.
You are very welcome.
We are a Family-friendly Church,
and operate a strict ‘no-hush’ policy for young ones.
We believe children should be children, and if they’re making noise, then the Priest will just have to talk a little louder…
